Sue Thomas Health & Wellness

Helping you stay young at heart

Hi, I’m Sue

I’m a health and wellbeing educator helping organisations better understand menopause, healthy ageing and long-term health.

Through clear, evidence-based education, I support workplaces to improve employee wellbeing, build confidence, and create more informed, supportive teams.

I deliver practical workshops and training that help organisations take meaningful action — not just raise awareness.

How Can I Help Your Organisation?

Many organisations want to support employee’s health but don’t always know where to start.

With increasing awareness around menopause and employee wellbeing — and to comply with government workplace regulations expected in the coming year — employers are looking for credible, practical education to support both staff and leadership teams.

My workshops help organisations:

  • Understand peri/menopause and its impact in the workplace

  • Support employees through key health changes

  • Improve awareness, confidence and open conversations

  • Attract, support and retain staff

  • Prepare for evolving workplace expectations around menopause including policy recommendations

About

Sue Thomas MSc, BSc (Hons), RGN, DPSN

Health & Wellbeing Educator, Facilitator, Speaker and Menopause Advocate

I’m an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and local NHS Ambassador with over 30 years’ experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand the importance of preventative healthcare — and the gap in awareness around menopause and women’s health.

Following my own personal and professional experiences, I developed a deeper understanding of how significantly menopause can affect women — and how often this goes unrecognised, particularly in the workplace.

Too many women continue to struggle in silence. That needs to change.

This led me to found Action Menopause Warwickshire, an award-winning, nurse-led charity providing free, evidence-based support to women — alongside my work within the NHS supporting colleagues through education and training.

Because the reality is simple: symptoms don’t just switch off at work.

I am now determined to focus my efforts to help organisations outside the NHS to create environments where people feel supported, understood and able to thrive.
